After analyzing the needs with Librarian, we identified the needs of the library in order to prepare presentation documents to present to the financial approval board in order to gain funding for the Facilities Plan.

Through the use of technical writing skills and Google suite and procreate, I was able to develop the document that was used in the financial facilities proposal presentation.

Need: Marketing Event plan that would catch and engage parent involvement of low involvement demographics
